How to get Microsoft Access Forms and Microsoft Access Reports to Pop Up and to Centre

APPLIES TO: ACCESS 2007, ACCESS 2010 (UNTESTED IN EARLIER VERSIONS)

Getting your forms in Microsoft Access to pop up and centre is very easily achieved by the following method, this also applies to Microsoft Access reports:

  1. Open your form or report in design view
  2. In the “Tools” section of the “Design” tab click on the item called “Propety Sheet”
  3. Select the “Other” tab
  4. Change the “Pop Up” option to “Yes”
  5. Select the “Format” tab
  6. Change the “Auto Center” option to “Yes”
  7. Save your changes and test your form / report
