Here's how...
· In Adobe Reader 9 choose Tools, Select & Zoom, Snapshot Tool (for earlier versions choose Edit, Take a Snapshot)
· Select the area you want to print
· Go to File, Print, make sure that Selected Graphic is selected in the Print Range
· In the Page Scaling section choose Fit to Printable Area
You can see how it will look in the Preview Panel to the right
