Assessment of Training NeedsOne of the tools that Creative Connections uses to assess client training needs is our unique Office Training Checklist. We have drawn up a list of the skills in each element of Microsoft Office and we send it to the client to reproduce and circulate to their staff. A checklist is filled in for each member of staff, and a customised training course is built up from there. |

Lunch BytesA series of short (1 hour) presentations on your premises in the lunch hour, concentrating on not more than two popular Microsoft Office and Internet topics Sandwiches and tea/coffee are provided by Creative Connections and this is included in the cost of the sessions. The aim of Lunch Bytes sessions is to bridge the gap between our more detailed modular courses and the grass roots user issues that always exist. Lunch Bytes help maintain an ongoing training environment that will endorse the learning culture of your company as well as encourage constant feedback. How to Book Lunch Bytes are designed to be scheduled monthly, on the same day of the week each month, so that your users get to know when to expect the sessions. Lunch Bytes can be booked in groups of four one-hour sessions (maximum 6 delegates per session), for a total cost of £740+VAT. You choose eight topics from our list.
